Study Visit of HMPS Islamic Banking UIN Sunan Kalijaga to Himpasy IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon

On Tuesday, June 21, 2022, the Student Association of Islamic Banking Study Program (Himpasy) IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon held a study visit with the Student Association of Islamic Banking Study Program (HMPS-PS) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. During this event, HMPS-PS UIN Sunan Kalijaga had the opportunity to visit and engage in a discussion with Himpasy IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, under the theme “Building relations and exchanging ideas to improve organizational performance.”

The study visit commenced with an opening speech by the ambassadors of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Rafel & Rizka, as the masters of ceremony. This was followed by the rendition of the Indonesian national anthem and the UIN Sunan Kalijaga hymn by the committee. Subsequently, speeches were delivered by Diyaul Fajri Nugraha, the chairman of Himpasy, Fajar Sodik, the chairman of HMPS-PS, Alfien Septian Haerisma S.E.I., M.S.I., the Head of the Islamic Banking Study Program IAIN Cirebon, and Jauhar Faradis S.H.I., M.A., the Secretary of the Islamic Banking Study Program. The event culminated with the exchange of mementos by representatives from both Himpasy and HMPS-PS.

Following this, the agenda proceeded with entertainment, with Himpasy presenting first, followed by HMPS-PS. Subsequently, a general presentation was delivered by the board of each HMPS, providing information about the program and HMPS profiles, elucidating the significance of each division, presenting the vision and mission, explaining the organizational structure, and providing an overview of several work programs. Following the presentation of the work programs, a discussion ensued, featuring questions and answers, concluding with closing remarks and a prayer.

Through the execution of this study visit, it is hoped that HMPS-PS UIN Sunan Kalijaga and Himpasy IAIN Cirebon can enhance their organizational skills, broaden their networks, cultivate friendships, and establish collaborations for future events or work programs beneficial to both HMPS.
