VISION

Excellent and Leading in the Development of Islamic Banking for the Advancement of Civilization

MISSION

1. Organizing education and teaching of Islamic banking knowledge to produce human resources that meet the needs of the global market based on Islamic ethics and entrepreneurship.
2. Developing creativity in multidisciplinary research of Islamic Banking to serve both academic and societal interests.
3. Promoting community empowerment through scholarly endeavors to enhance the well-being of stakeholders, achieved through collaborative networks with industry, government, regulators, and other relevant entities.
4. Realizing a credible and accountable management system for the Study Program through orderly administration, documentation, and optimization of Information Technology utilization to improve the quality of implementing the Three Pillars of Higher Education

OBJECTIVES

1. Producing Islamic Banking scholars with scholarly capacity and expertise, ethical integrity, global competitiveness, faith, noble character, creativity, and managerial and entrepreneurial skills.
2. Establishing the Islamic Banking Study Program of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as a center for excellent research in the field of Islamic Economics.
3. Building a robust, functional, and synergistic network with various parties for the development of knowledge and society.
4. Implementing a credible and accountable program management system through orderly administration, documentation, and optimization of Information Technology to improve the quality of implementing the Three Pillars of Higher Education.
