Established on March 21, 2020, the Islamic Banking Study Program UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta was established to address the rapid growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

The study program carries the slogan “Superior and leading in the development of Islamic banking science for the advancement of civilization.”

To achieve this, the Islamic banking study program endeavors to structure education and teaching, as well as foster the creativity of Islamic banking science to cultivate human resources that align with the requirements of the global market, rooted in Islamic ethics and entrepreneurship.
