Description This course teaches marketing management in the context of sharia banking so that students can understand and explain the essence of sharia banking marketing management, and can apply marketing techniques that are in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Through this course students gain knowledge about: sharia marketing management concepts and their implications, building marketing strategies and plans, creating long-term loyalty relationships, consumer market analysis, business market analysis, establishing product strategies and understanding customers, designing and managing services, marketing communications integrated, designing and managing mass communication, digital communication and personal communication, as well as practicing sharia marketing
